Nest wired outdoor Camera won’t

My camera quit displaying it shows it connected but no display just clouds and temp. There is a blue dot on camera not green?? It was working. I tried to reinstall and now i have 2 up there and only 1 found my phone

Do you have the Google Nest Outdoor Camera? What do you mean "just clouds and temp"? Did you remove the camera from the Google Nest app? What do you mean by "I have 2 up there and only found 1 found my phone"?

How do i remove it from the home app i removed it from my phone then reinstalled it

You don't really remove a Google Nest camera "from your phone". You remove it from your account in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app (depending on which camera you have):

Thanks for your patience. Let’s further check this — a few questions: do you have a 1st gen Nest Outdoor Camera or 2nd gen Nest Indoor/Outdoor Camera (battery)? Are you signed in with the right email address linked to your Nest account? Also, when was the last time you accessed your camera?

It keeps saying it’s connected to another account I can’t find which one it’s connected to

I tried nest app and google home

nowhere could i find remove devises?? Or find out where I originally set this account on frustrating

It is hard to tell what to suggest for your situation.

It is not clear from what's posted here whether you have a Google Nest Outdoor Camera that gets installed in the Google Nest app or the Google Nest Camera (Battery) with the optional power cable that gets installed in the Google Home app.

It is also not clear whether you are logging onto the Google Nest app or the the Google Home app with just one Google Account or with two different accounts.

It is also not clear what initially happened to your camera. You said it showed as connected (which would be a green light) but you said the camera had a blue light. It is also not clear what you mean by seeing "just clouds and temp".

It is also not clear whether you removed your camera from the Google Nest app or the Google Home app.

Unless you bought your camera from another customer, getting a message saying a camera is connected to another account means you are trying to reinstall your camera while it is still connected to YOUR account without removing your camera from the Google Nest app or Google Home app and doing a factory reset.
