New nest camera by google is can NOT be used on the nest app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely hate my new nest camera by google. New nest camera by google is can NOT be used on the nest app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have 10 older nest cameras which I can view from the OUTSTANDING nest app but can find it repulsive that google has made the newer nest camera models incompatible with the horrible google home app.  The google home app is extremely slow, misses most of the motion that the nest app catches and lacks the ability to create specific zones to look for motion.  Google, I beg you to ditch the awful google home app and move support to the nest app which 99.9% of users love.

MAYBE they're going to add Nest app functionality to the Home app in these changes; we'll have to wait and see, I guess.  We've been using 2 apps since adding 2 of the newer cameras in the last year.
