Apple Watch 4 latest software. When the watch gets a notification that someone is at the door, there is no video on the display - nor a still photo - it's just a blurred out image of nothingness.
Is this as it should be? It seems strange that it doesn't show the video image on the display - should it? From reading other posts about the old version, it seems that used to show video when someone rang it. But I may be wrong.

Similar issue with mine, except instead of a blurred out image, I get a blank. It's a broken feature and I wish the developers could just offer the option to disable that part of the notification.

Hi Brad - yes, the problem still exists. So yes, it would be good to fix it - or at the least confirm that it's an issue, not something that is just happening for some of us.

I would love to look into this further for you then! I recall this being an issue with a previous app build for watch OS, but as far as I am aware it should have been fixed. What is your watches OS update at? When was the last time that you updated the firmware on the app, and all of your devices? Please let me know!
Best Regards,
Brad.

Watch is currently at 8.0.1 - but I see that there is a new version 8.1 available, so am downloading that. I keep the apps on my phone pretty up to date - like I check every few days. So that should be up to date. Nest app on phone says 5.66.0
