I have three outdoor battery cameras that are a little less than half a year old. Recently two of them needed charging, I charged them with the provided charging cord and set them back up. They were online briefly and now have both gone offline and are unable to connect to the internet. I manually reset one and it seemed to connect. A day later it disconnected again. Their positioning hasn't changed and I get a strong wifi signal from all other devices in the area.
It is cold here right now but not that cold (~0 C).

Hey there,
Thanks for bringing up the concern you're having, I'd love to look into this for you. Connectivity concerns can be frustrating, but a lot of the time, a simple restart or the choice to factory reset your device can clear out any issues you may find. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad
