Outdoor Nest Cam Connection

I'm using nest to reinstall my outdoor nest cam. During the process, I enter the 6 digit entry key and proceed to select the location the camera will be installed. Then I get to a screen that says, "Choose the last four digits of your camera's serial number." Nothing ever appears for me to select and there is no way to manually enter it. What is going on?

Just to make sure we’re on the same page, what model of Nest camera do you have?

Depending on which camera model you have, use either the Google Home app or the Nest app to set it up. Download the one you need from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Use the Google Home app to set up the following Nest cameras:

• Nest Cam (wired)
• Nest Cam with Floodlight
• Nest Cam (battery)

Use the Nest app to set up the following Nest cameras:

• Nest Cam IQ Indoor
• Nest Cam IQ Outdoor
• Nest Cam Indoor
• Nest Cam Outdoor
• Nest Dropcam (all models)
