Outdoor cam removed from home app and won’t rejoin same network

wired neat cam outdoors (with power adapter) will not reconnect to Google home app or nest app after it is as removed.   Gets hung up on connecting to WiFi during setup process.  Tried using a. Different accounts and it t say it is on another’s account (my other email)..  when I go back the nest outdoor cam is not listed.   There is no reset button on it, it is just he model that has the magnetic base.  It don’t have a serial number. Just the QR code a 6 digit (letters and number) and another 12 digit (letter and number).  No matter what it’s can connect it.  It was working fine until I accidentally removed it Google home, though I don’t remember transferring it as I viewed it in the Neat App roast.  Some how it showed up in my Google home app, so I removed it. But now it won’t reconnect to either apps and I of course no reset button.  Please help

There is no option to remove 1st gen Google Nest cameras from the Google Home app unless you have "transferred" the cameras from the Google Nest app to the Google Home app. (We have 1st gen cameras and have NOT "transferred" them, and do NOT have a "remove" option in the Google Home app.)

I think once a camera has been "transferred", it has to be reinstalled in the Google Home app. I'm not sure why you're having problems reinstalling your camera in the Google Home app. Are you getting any error messages? Maybe these Help topics will provide some assistance:
