two camera won’t come in most of the time. They say device off line because of empty battery. They are plugged in and the one of three that’s farthest away is not having any issues?

1. Check the Wi-Fi connection in your home
2. Check your internet bandwidth and speed
3. Move your camera close to the router
4. Restart your camera
5. Turn off other devices connected to Wi-Fi
6. Check the power on your cameras
7. Check the app version
8. Restart the modem and router
