Parts Replacement for Nest Doorbell Battery

I got a Nest Doorbell Battery recently but I am having trouble with it. It keeps saying that the doorbell is not mounted. I'm looking to find a replacement set online, but I can't find a kit with all accessories to mount the doorbell to see if the mounting kit is the issue. Anyone know where I can get a replacement set online? Or can someone w/ google send a set my way?

I was able to get assistance from google support. I had to get a replacement doorbell as a mount by itself is not available. Feel free to lock the thread.
