No events detected

I just got a notification from the camera & was able to see the video feed but when I went back to it a few minutes later to record it it now says “no events detected” and is greyed out although there was definitely movement hence why I got the notification in the first place. Is there anyway I can change that feature to get the video feed back?

A few questions: when did it start happening? Do you use email or push notifications? Also, has the camera been moved recently? Keep us posted.
