I am having the same exact issue.  gen 1 cameras have migrated but Google Home will not recognize the cameras.  And now after mogration, the Nest App does not show cameras to take any action.  Message says to go to Google Home app, but the cameras are not visible.  Terrible issue

Melany, thanks for the reply and information.  I have been through this drill with the Google Nest equipment since the migration so many times I have lost count.  All of the questions you present are all part of the same process O have gone through each and every time this occurs.  Unfortunately, the proprietary nature of the product/services continues to become more and more of a nuisance with attempting to maintain functional use of the equipment.  As a customer and user, this ongoing challenge has now outweighed any service benefit.  I will be researching and exploring better more user friendly secure open source product and services moving forward.
