Has anyone successfully got a replacement product outside of warranty due to poor performance?
We have a Nest Doorbell (Battery), it's about 3 years old and the battery performance is astonishingly poor and has been for at least 6 months. We have a low amount of activity (probably no more than 5 or 6 events a day), and just about all the settings are set to increase battery life. We get just under a week before we have to charge again. I thought it might have been the cold but it's been reasonable weather (battery performance-wise) for a while and no improvment. In fact it's probably got worse. I'm massively disappointed as we have other Nest products that we're happy with but if Google won't entertain a replacement then I'll likely switch to another product.
Any thoughts or ideas welcome!
