I have 2 Outdoor Cameras (hard wired) with floodlights. I paid for the the 24/7 subscription but can only see events in the history. We need to track specific activity not captured by your "events." We need to supply information to the police and your recordings no longer allow us to access the complete history only snapshots of events which are not helpful. I purchased these cameras based on that history feature and you changed it! In addition I am paying for a subscription that no longer provides the services I originally signed up for. Google WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?

If you click on this icon in the Google Home app, you should get a 24/7 timeline view instead of an event view.
