Subscription to Nest Aware no associated with my doorbell camera

I purchased a subscription for Nest Aware. It shows up as 

Nest Aware

with 30 days of event video history

Yearly plan

Renews 4/6/2025

in my Subscription Management.  However, when I try to set up 'Familiar Face Detection,' etc I get the message, "

Familiar face detection
You’re currently not subscribed to Nest Aware and don’t have access to Nest Aware features. Learn more about what you get with a Nest Aware subscription."
and, that I need a subscription to Nest Aware.  What do I need to do to link my subscription.

Is your "Nest Aware" subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell? When selecting your subscription on the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions), does it show the same Google Nest "home/structure" shown in the Google Home app? If you go to Settings | Subscriptions | Nest Aware in the Google Home app, does it show your subscription?

If it's not for the same Google Nest "home/structure", you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below ("Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."). See if they can transfer your subscription to the correct Google Nest "home/structure" or otherwise correct the problem.
