How do I get someone to respond to my support case?

I think you'll probably have to post a prior case number(s) in order for a Google Nest Community Specialist to respond to your post.

Hi, I've filled in the form.  Hoping to get a response.  The whole Google support communication has been very disappointing.  

I should have never migrated my nest account, since the service levels are much lower now.

Google support are a complete and utter travesty of the worse proportions. Google support are a bunch of liars. Pffft support should be renamed "google no support"
