The camera is a wired camera. But it said low battery and now the battery is off

That shouldn't happen. Is your camera on a switched circuit? If so, is the switch always on? Is the USB plug seated firmly in the base of the camera?
In the Google Home app, under Settings | Battery for the camera, it should always say "Plugged in" with an infinity symbol.

Just to add to this discussion. I recently had to replace the cord on my outside Nest Camera. I was wired but showed low battery then just died. Luckily I had a device with a replaceable wire so did that and now working fine.
