For the last 5 months I have exhausted trying to find all options to get support on the Google Nest Doorbell product that I purchased for my mother last Christmas 2021 that stopped charging and is no longer powering up. I tried to even submit the Google Nest Warranty Claim form and the form page does not work at all when I attempt to submit with the receipt. I did not purchase the Best Buy warranty for this product as I felt Google warranty for a year would suffice. The impact on this decision is taking a toll. I just need support on a Google product that I purchased that stopped working within 5 months of purchase. It was never dropped and I want to see how and who can fix it from Google. Please assist as my warranty for the year likely will be expiring in December.
