#1 Notifications could be improved in Google Home where there are multiple household users. The notification settings are global for the whole household. What you change in google home for one user changes it for all users. Here is a use case: I'm not home often, but like to see the people coming and going. When my wife is home she's home and doesn't want to get a ping every time she goes out of the house. The other reason to split this is I am techy and she could care less. Yes she's part of the home, but she only wants notifications when a package arrives. There should be a way to have unique notifications on a per-user basis rather than for the household as a whole.
#2 The idea of an Away-only notification is nice. But if only one household user is home then the whole family don't get notified. Even if my adult child who lives in the basement is home, I still want to know who is coming and going. This would be another way to have a smarter notification.
#3 Another smarter notification might be getting notifications for everyone except for certain familiar faces. In this case, I could choose to not be notified of myself or my spouse, but could be notified of everyone else.

Hi @mdave34,
You're absolutely right, notification customization for multiple users in Google Home could be significantly improved. Please help us by sharing your feedback about this with us.
