The video on my camera stopped working when I moved it. I've factory reset and started from the beginning. The camera links up to the app on my phone and says "You should now see live video" but I don't.
It's 2m from the main router in the house so signal isn't issue as I have Sky Ultrafast Broadband.
Can anyone help please?

Yes please.
Blue light comes on to allow me to reconnect. But then nothing after that. Cameras says offline in the app so when I try to connect it just spins.

I have the same issue with three other cameras that are working. Just one Nest Outdoor Cam that will not connect.

Pretty much worked all bar one out which is pulling alerts of being offline every now and again but even though its showing as online there's no picture coming through it.
