My Camera stopped showing up in the Nest aware side and was unable to find it due to Battery needs recharging But the Camera is on Mains power So went up the ladder took the camera off and could see Blue color on the pins cleaned the camera and then checked the cable on the Floodlight and could see the Blue color here as well tried cleaning it off and still unable to charge the camera but was able to charge the camera with optional cable I had got but it means going up and down ladder Once a week which is not optional for me, does anyone know where I get replacement part as unable to find this in the Google stor

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not sell replacement parts for its products. But you could try contacting Support (see below).
Google Nest's cameras are NOT completely waterproof, which is why we have all of our Google Nest cameras mounted under an overhang or a camera shade.
To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
