No, seriously, what were you thinking? The Nest App and cameras were working great. Set up was pretty easy. The app worked flawlessly. I got notifications when I was supposed to get notifications and I could speak to the people at the front door, if necessary. I had face recognition software telling me when people were coming or going. It was terrific! I haven't the foggiest idea how or why anyone would want to mess up something that worked that well. Plus, I only found out about this AFTER I had to recently replace my first gen camera because I had it for so long. Again, what were you thinking?
