My wired nest camera displays the wrong time. It has done for months. I have tried to change it in the app. I have called customer services. No-one can help me.This was never a problem in the Nest app. Google has effectively broken my device, rendered my device not fit for purpose. They will not give me a refund. They hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.
WHY CAN I NOT CHANGE THE SETTINGS MANUALLY? Literally every other device I have in my house has that ability. Customer services can't do it. This is utterly insane.
When did Google become such an incompetent company??
