camera not charging

i was on hold for a very long time (not the 1 min promised) so trying an email here.

I have 3 google cameras that are wireless.  I have charged them before without issue.

Now, one of the cameras is not charging - and it doesn't matter which camera charger I use, none of them work

I have similar problem. Nest doorbell battery doesn't hold charge. Where to buy and how to remove?

Unfortunately ive seen hundreds if not thousands of users with the same issue. Are they under warranty?

I was told that warranty expired. Google support is working on exception to replace.

Emerson, I contacted the support team. I am very disappointed to be told to buy a new one. The warranty expired not too long ago. I didn't expect this doorbell to last so little time before replacing.

Yep google products are absolute rubbish. Only fit for the rubbish dump. The google cameras and associated google home app have never been fit for purpose and never will be. To and prospective buyers do not buy these crap failty google products just buy another brand you'll save the mental trauma and heartache associated with these crappy google products.

@RDuran, thanks for getting back to us. Have you tried restarting your Nest Doorbell? Try using a different usb charging cord and try plugging it to a different wall socket. Let us know how it goes.

Emerson, I rebooted doorbell twice. Followed the 12 seconds instructions till the yellow light stopped. It quickly adds to my network. The problem is that after fully charged, the doorbell battery discharges quickly. When I was in contact with support team, it went down in less than a week. Yesterday, I fully charged the doorbell, mounted back on the wall and this morning it's down to 1% charge. It's no longer holding and discharges quickly.
