camera recording with no events?

So I had an event happen and then for 15 minutes there is no events, but I know there was. Is there anyway to see the recording from a previous date without the gap in between events?

Yes, up to 10 days back if you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription AND your cameras and/or doorbells are recording 24/7. The Google Nest Camera (Battery) must be plugged in to record 24/7 video history. 24/7 video history is not available for the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) even if wired. Judging from the customer posts in this forum, I don't know what happens with the floodlight camera.

I have a nest aware subscription and my camera is wired for power 24/7 internet is great. I just have gaps when there shouldn't be. Someone dropped off a package on my porch, saw the truck pull in my driveway and then nothing, truck was gone and my package was missing. I can't see what happened in between for some reason.
