I have a gen 2 doorbell/camera. The camera lens is apparently defective. There is a blurry spot right in the center of the lens so there is no clarity of vision. I've had your service company, On Tech, look at it, but they tell me there is nothing they can do to fix it, that I need a new camera. Another problem with the doorbell is it needs to be pointed in the right direction. You service company, On Tech, told me a wedge comes in the box with the doorbell and the original installation tech should have installed it but did not. So far I'm pretty disappointed.
My doorbell was installed in the fall of last year. How do I go about getting a new doorbell?
