We had a power outage and it knocked all our nest cam's offline. we cannot now re-connect to them, we tried restarting the router and then the cameras but this didn't work. we cannot do factory reset due to not being able to connect to them. HELP!!

It sounds like you've already done this, but whenever we have a power outage, I have to unplug two of our 1st gen Google Nest Outdoor Cameras for about a minute and then plug them back in again before they'll come back online.

Hi Prainger,
Thank you for posting in the community. I understand that a power outage caused your Nest cameras to go offline, and now they're not connecting, preventing a factory reset. I truly appreciate the troubleshooting you've already done. Help is here!
To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

Hi Rusell
They are all gen 1 wired cameras,
1 has a green light ( but it does not show in the app)
1 has pulsating blue
1 we have tried removing from the app and reinstalling but it says C101

Hi Prainger,
Thank you for your response. I appreciate the information you shared. This error code C101 means that the camera may already be paired to another account. Therefore, I'd like to know if you have already removed the Nest cameras. Please take a look at this article for the error message: Troubleshoot Nest camera and doorbell setup messages
Also, since there are four types of Nest camera 1st generation, please let us know which model of Nest camera you have. To help confirm, here's an article: Technical specs for Nest cameras and doorbells
Keep me posted.
Best regards,
Rusell.

The cameras were bought new and have only been on my account. Only 1 has been removed as we tried to re-install it.
They are all nest cam outdoor wired.
