recharging new Nest but won't show video or allow to add device

my Nest Cam is wireless (battery) and outside. It is 2 months old. The battery died so I took it down and charged it or thought I did. The light is green but the Home App won't add it and it will not do anything. I have left it plugged in for about 24 hours. Nothing. No blue light at all. I have gone through the steps to get it back up and running but I keep getting error. I have turned Airplane mode on and off several times. I have hit reset button also. Nothing working. Thanks. Need help.

Hi @path3 

You might want to try the factory reset process if you can not get the Camera to reset normally.
