why NO ONE call me back for help!

I have a nest camera can't be connected, and I requested 3 times by google help centre, but NO ONE ever called back!

Based on this information, I'd like to ask you a few questions. I'm happy to help!

  • What app do you use to set up your Nest Camera (e.g., the Nest app or the Google Home app)?
  • What’s the color of the LED status light?
  • How far is the device from the router?
  • Do you have any error code in the app?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair?

Hi Eduardo,

Thank you for your reply.

I bought total 4 nest cameras, a set of 3 and one floating light.

One of the 3 outdoor battery cameras was not able to reconnect, it was work well, but I moved to a new house, others two are working well after I moved, but this was not able to reconnect again, I tried reset few time, but it always said couldn't connect the device, I did what the APP suggested, but it still not connecting.cam 1.jpg

I am using google home as the APP in my phone, and it was not far from the wifi router, and it was always has white LED light flashed.

What Can I do?

Thank you very much for sharing this information with me today about what's happening with this process. At this point, you mention that you saw that this device has a white light, which means it's charging. For this reason, I would like to indicate to you that what you can try is to do a factory reset of the devices in order to have a blue light and can then add the device back to your account.
