Hiya Sebastian!
I apologise you are having issues with the picture quality when streaming on apps such as Netflix, Disney etc.
By default, all streaming apps with change the quality based on how good the connection is so you may have to manually change the video quality when on the streaming app. Below are some help articles on how to get best picture quality
Since the TV supports 4k there isn't any compatibility issues. One last fix I do know of is manually going into the Chromecast settings and make sure the display settings are set to what your TV supports to get the best experience. To do this refer to this support page: Change Chromecast Display Settings
I hope this helps!
Let us know how you get on!
