Add support for NTFS formatted hard disks

Every single Android device and set-top-box supports NTFS hard drives, why is Chromecast capped to not support it? Please add support for it again.

There are rumors that Android 14 supports NTFS, so maybe we get Android TV 14 with NTFS support later this year for the Chromecat with Google TV

Why do you think this cannot be done now? For ages NTFS has been supported in all sort of Android set-top-boxes, e-books, and old phones I have had.

In which way are you related with Google?

such file system support depend on the used linux kernel . The linux kernel of Android 13 adds exFAT and 14 is supposed to add NTFS support.
