Dear Team I set my Chromecast to English US and everything is in English except the trailers they are in German. I do live in Germany but I want the trailers to be in German.
I also tried English UK or French France it's always the same the trailers are always in German.
Please help, thank you!

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Is this limited to certain apps, or are all apps affected? If all apps, is this also happening on the choices from the main screen (not the actual app’s screen), especially the for you screen? If it’s happening to everything, then this has something to do with the Google Play services. It is expected that the country and/or locale of your Play services would utilize what is stated (in your case, German). If you want it changed, the Play Services (Play Store) is where you need to do it. This usually is related to the region/country specified on your Google Play services, not the country of your Google (Gmail) account or the language settings on the actual device (it’s for convenience towards the interface). The challenge, though, is that the local apps in Germany may not be available now as you move to a different country. There’s also a limit to how many times you can switch per year. What? I have to change my country to get trailers in English? What kind of engineering logit is that 😅
All my apps locales are set to English. Of course I want to keep my location to Germany because like you mentioned I'm using a lot of German specific apps.
Can I file this as a bug ticket somewhere please?
Also it's not all apps, it's just the trailers on the Google TV.
