I have used this particular chromecast for at least a year. It stopped working for two weeks about two months ago, and then started connecting again. Now it's been down more than two weeks, after working just fine the night before. Seems to connect to wifi, connects to phone, tv tells me to choose a signal, or is black.

Do you use it with the included power supply connected or do you connect it straight into your TV and let it take the power needed from the TV?

i have the same problem like Taione50 , with chromecast
last night i did a factory reset , and everythig worked fine , until this mornig when my tv says no connection .
i take power directly from power adapter not from tv
