Controle remoto virtual chromecast 3 não aparece

Bom tento encontrá o meu dispositivo no controle virtual e não aparece para transmitir outras coisas funciona só para controle virtual  nao é problema na versão que tenho dois cll versao 11 É o outro 12 É nem um deles funciona se puderem me ajuda eu agradeço
