Each time after restarting only cast working

To cast screen using Google home to Google TV. I need everytime to clear cache and force stop Google Play services or needs to restart my Android mobile then only cast screen works otherwise it will never works for me.

May be Google Play Services will be updated on Last week of August or from mid of August to 1st week of September.

I think this fault is from after updating Google Play Services app because I have used 2 different mobile phones for casting.

1st Mobile Redmi 

Redmi mobile cast working only 1 time then after that never again cast.

Needs to restart my Android mobile or Clear cache and force stop Google Play services.

I apologize for the late response, and thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help you figure this out. If you haven't already, make sure that both your Google Play Services and Google Home apps are both up-to-date. You also mentioned that you can only connect after you restart your phone, so I would make sure that you aren't running any VPN, firewall, or proxy that may affect the connection. Finally, it may help to follow step 1 and step 4 in this post by davidking.
