My new Google TV remote control has suddenly stopped working. Tried the hard reset and tried new batteries - nothing is working. No light and no reaction at all.
What should I do? Google need to send me a replacement, as i'm really not happy about this.

I have exactly the same issue. It turns on, however does not react to the remote at all

For $50 this is unacceptable. I've only had it for a few weeks.

If it dead its dead.
You are fortunate if you are able to order a replacement from the Google Store available in your country.
Many people who use the Chromecast with Google TV in countries where Google Store is not available are pretty much compelled to use the software remote from Google Home application, when this update will be available on Google Play Store.
I hope that Google will make their G10 and G12 reference remotes widely available on all retail channels and not only to specific manufacturers.

Hey there AuburnOne,
I'm really sorry to hear that your remote is giving you this much trouble. If you believe the device is dead, and you've only had it for a few weeks, you should still be within the warranty date. If I were you, I'd go ahead and contact Google via phone to get this process started.
I hope this help, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran
