New Eurosport app not casting correct commentary

With the ne Eurosport app I only get ambient sound when I cast to tv from my phone. The correct commentary is on the phone. How do I change it?

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out. 

 

A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? Can you only see a black screen when you cast from your phone to the TV? When did the issue start? How far are you from the TV when you try to cast? Is this only happening when casting from the Eurosport app or across all apps?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  1. Check if the Chromecast firmware is updated.
  2. Make sure that the Android or iOS device is up-to-date.
  3. Check proximity of TV to casting device (phone, tablet, or computer), and Wi-Fi router. Ideally, they should be less than 15 to 20 feet (4 to 6 meters) apart from each other, with one or no walls in between.
  4. Reboot the Chromecast, mobile phone, and router.
  5. Disconnect and reconnect the mobile phone from the Wi-Fi network.
  6. Check if your phone has a power saving setting. If it's enabled, disable it.
  7. Perform a factory reset. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.

yes i have re installed the new eurosport app and factory reset my chromecast. this has sorted out my audio problem.  thanks
