Having Children, and being from a IT background I bought seperately a blue and a pink remote to go along with my Google TV remote, so that i would always have a way to fix any tv issues. my Blue remote has become totally unreesponsive and does not want to do a factory reset, following the instructions on the google TV site. i have don a complete reset of the Google TV as well as re-pairing the White and pink remotes without issues. the Blue remote has new batteries and still refuses to even do a hard reset, following the five min batteries out then hold the home button, when inserting the batteries. and waiting for the light. the remote does not ever shows this light. does this mean i need to replace the remote or is there another thing that I am able to try that is not on the public website to reset this one remote. I'm not totally stuck as i have the other 2 remotes and the Home App on the phones.
