Thanks for reaching out to the Chromecast Community forum! Let's sort this out.
A few questions: what's the make and model of your router? How far is your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) to your router? How many devices are connected to your router? Please reboot your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) and Wi-Fi router. If there are multiple devices connected to your router, please disconnect one of the devices then, observe the behavior. Resetting your router and Chromecast with Google TV (4K) might also help.
