I purchased a Chromecast from an authorized retailer in India called Flipkart last July. It is still within the 1-year warranty. Now it has developed problems where the remote isn't working and also the screen is color washed out. There is absolutely no way to reach out to the Chromecast team from the help center. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Please advise!
I'm sorry for the late response. You can try to reboot your Chromecast and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. Plugging it on a different TV screen to isolate the issue might also help.
If the issue persists, please perform a factory reset. Here's how.
Also, please be advised that Chromecast with Google TV isn't officially supported in India so a replacement isn't possible. You can reach out to Flipkart and check other options from them.
