Hi, wondering if there was ever a fix found for Google Neat speaker changing between male and female voices. I have tried everything to try and stop my speaker doing it. Everything I have tried has had no effect.
Thanks.

Hey there JillG,
I talked to a higher tier of support, and it looks like there are still no updates, sadly. They asked that anyone experiencing this issue submit feedback via the Google Home app with logs enabled if you haven't already. Let me know if you have any questions; I'd be happy to help out where I can.
Best regards,
Jeran

Hey there Newtsy,
If you wouldn't mind, would you be able to submit feedback via the Google Home app with logs enabled? If there are any errors being generated by the Google Home up, they would appear in the device logs for the engineering team to look into.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Best regards,
Jeran
