Honestly, how dumb is it when Google's own Live TV app doesn't show the icon to actually launch the app? Nor does my hdhomerun show anywhere in the Live tab. From the CCGTV's launch this has been an issue, and it still hasn't been addressed. I shouldn't have to sideload a user's solution to make the icon appear. Such a joke of an OS being shoehorned into aggregated content, and god forbid my free live content be easy to access. It's like all they care about is focusing on content sources that have a pay wall so they can get their revenue cut. Everything else takes a backseat. Why else would a simple problem like this not be fixed yet?
Lets add in the channel banner stays on the screen after tuning to a channel and only disappears if I hit the back button. Again, a simple boneheaded error that shouldn't exist with a fairly mature app, and an extra step I shouldn't have to take to just watch tv.
