Hi Khoatkit,

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Kindly check on your YouTube settings. There are apps that have this autoplay function that can be turned off. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Kimy

I've checked all YouTube settings before these posts. There are autoplay the next video, not the first video in result. And I don't know where the Google Assistant's settings are.

Hello Khoatkit,

Thanks for the reply. For the YouTube settings, switch off the Previews with sound. To go to the settings for Google Assistant, go to Settings > Accounts and Sign In (Choose your account) > (scroll down to) Google Assistant. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Kimy

switch off the Previews with sound: voice search still autoplay the first result.

I've tried switching on and off every setting in YouTube, nothing works. And there aren't many settings in Google Assistant to try.

Autoplay happen when I search for a specific song, when I search something else, such as kind of music, I have a result list.

Hi Khoatkit,

Thanks for trying that. Let’s try to do a factory reset, then set it up again from scratch. It might help clear some corrupted coding. Let us know how it goes.

Cheers,
