Hey there Alvin,

I'm sorry about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to figure how to control the volume on your Chromecast? If not, I'd be happy to tell you how! Which Chromecast model do you own? If you have the newest Chromecast with Google TV, the easiest way to control the volume would be to use the Voice Remote. However, if you have a different model, you can control the volume by selecting the Chromecast from the Google Home app and adjust the volume from there.
