AI generated automation will not run

We have a Treatlife presence sensor and a Google audio speaker.  I used the AI script generator on Google home web to create an automation.  The automation does not have any errors.  I have saved it and activated it.  But it does not run when I select the arrow button to play the automation.  I am logged into the same account as we used for the google home app.  I have tried an automation that uses the sensor and the speaker without the condition, that works.  I did the automation that works from the app on my iPhone.   Any help is appreciated.
