Are Google Nest Cameras region locked?

Hi everyone 

I am travelling to the US next week and I was debating on buying two of the Google Nest (outdoor or indoor, battery) cameras to use back in Ireland. 

Are Google Devices region locked? I already have the Nest Doorbell and a few Google Minis and Hubs dotted around the house but I want to make sure they would work in Ireland before purchasing because returning wouldn't really be an option.

You do need to be careful about buying devices that are configured for region and language, but I can't find anything published by Google Nest that can serve as a guide except for this:

I'm hoping since both Ireland and the US are listed on the 'Devices & services country availability' page that the Nest Cams should work if I brought them home. That page just says you can't order from the US store with shipping to Ireland and vice versa. So hopefully this means they can be used in Ireland since the services for both countries are listed?
