I think I got billed twice. 20$ came out 2 times out of my account from nest same day

I'm sorry to hear that and for the delayed response. I also understand how you feel so I want to check this further. Could you please share the date and description of the charge? Do you remember signing up for Nest Aware? Also, is your account migrated or non migrated (legacy)?
