We just bought a house that has a Nest doorbell camera. How do I access it? We have no way to contact the previous owner.

Google Nest says that the previous owner has to remove the doorbell from their Google Nest app or their Google Home app: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/11151047?hl=en#zippy=
And this help topic says: "Important: If you purchased a pre-owned Nest camera and receive a message that says it's already in use by another account, contact the previous owner and ask them to remove the camera from their account." https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9293015?hl=en&ref_topic=9361968#zippy=%2Cmove-a-nest-pr...
You could, I suppose, try contacting Google Nest Support via this link to see if there is any way around that requirement, starting with this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having these troubles. I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. Thank you @MplsCustomer for helping your fellow community member out! Yes, please contact the original owner of the camera and ask them to remove their access and then you can add this device to your Home. You can learn more here.
Best Regards,
Brad
