Hi,
I bought a hub max yesterday brand new unopened and it won’t finish its update it is still stuck on 99% I’ve left it for well over and hour and have done all the steps or unplugging from power, router reset and factory reset on product and it still won’t finish the setup installation. Any help would be appreciated.
