Broadlink rm pro

Hello I have a dooya motor curtain connected to a broadlink rm pro. The functions of the curtains worked in the broadlink app. I linked the broadlink app to my Google home/assistant. Although in my home app. The curtains show offline with an exclamation mark inside a triangle. Anyone got a solution  for it to work?

Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on.

 

A few questions: was it working before? Are you getting any message from your Google Home speaker when you try controlling your curtain? Also, can you click the exclamation point? If so, are you getting any message?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  • Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of your router.
  • Try rebooting your Google Home and router to refresh the connection.
  • Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app.

Note that Dooya Motor Curtain isn't officially supported with Google Home, so you might want to contact Broadlink support if your curtain is supported using voice commands.
