So I have a subscription with best I pay for the 10 day recording to stay in my phone but as of yesterday for some reason it’s only showing me recording of 7 hours does anybody know what I should do?

If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription, which provides 24/7 recording for 10 days, your video history is stored on Google Nest's servers--"on the cloud"--and is not stored on your phone. You should have 24/7 history going back 10 days. Note, however, that video history starts with the moment at which you purchase the subscription; Google Nest does not have your permission to store your video history until you purchase a subscription. The only other reason your history should not be there is if you deleted it in the Google Home app or Google Nest app or if your cameras were offline.
