Camera, thermostat connectivity issue

is anyone else having problems connecting to their thermostat cameras and sensors mine are just spinning. I have to force the app closed restart it and I get a little bit of connectivity, but then it goes out again. Can’t connect to any of my settings

To help me narrow down this issue, could you please provide a few more details:

  • Could you please confirm which specific thermostat and camera models you have? (e.g., Nest Learning Thermostat, Nest Cam (Battery), etc.)
  • Is the loading circle happening on all your devices simultaneously, or just a few?
  • Does the app work better if you turn off Wi-Fi and use cellular data instead?
  • What's the app you're using?
